Here's a few Zucchini ideas if you've given your neighbors all they will take and you are wondering "now what am I going to do with all this Zucchini"
- Zucchini Bread (of course)
- Chocolate Zucchini cake (MMMM good )
- Lemon Zucchini cake (just as good)
- Zucchini Muffins
- Zucchini Casserole
- Zuchini Souffle
- Zucchini Lasagna
- Zucchini Pizza Crust
- Zucchini Quiche
- Zucchini Relish
I've tried all these ideas and have enjoyed them all. Every Year I make a few and either can or freeze them for the winter. (Pictured is a Zucchini Souffle).
