I still would't water bath can it, because the Zucchini is a low acid food, and would not be safe to water bath can, but no reason why you couldn't freeze it.Pamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17962395509313703071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2178466451834973427.post-53408484897529519362019-07-03T11:35:51.770-07:002019-07-03T11:35:51.770-07:00I don't want to use Jello, can I use pectin?I don't want to use Jello, can I use pectin?<br />Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12927997099161222237noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2178466451834973427.post-32455775170046540242011-09-02T20:59:11.011-07:002011-09-02T20:59:11.011-07:00Oh that looks very nice!! I am not sure why they don't eat applesauce here I think they would like it hehehe....I use applesauce in all my gluten free recipes like cupcakes and anything baked it changes the consistency and helps to make it less dry as the gluten free stuff has a tendency to be dry and gritty from the rice flour I think. I love strawberry jam I think I am going to need to have something with jam for breakfast now lol!! strawberry is one of my favorites!!
