10 of My Favorite Roller Bottle Recipes


These are some of my favorite roller bottle recipes. They are the ones I make over, and over again for my family and I.  I also love to give them away as gifts. Basic Pain Remedy:
40 drops Peppermint
40 drops Wintergreen
Top with Carrier Oil 

Pain and Inflammation Relief:
20 drops Copaiba
10 drops Valor
40 drops Peppermint
40 drops Wintergreen 
Top with Carrier Oil

Lullaby: 
for a good night's sleep
40 drops Cedarwood
40 drops Lavender
10 drops Sacred Mountain blend
10 drops Marjoram 
Top with Carrier Oil


Calm:

for soothing and calming the emotions
 
10 drops Bergamot
10 drops Lavender
20 drops Valor
  5 drops Lime
Top with Carrier Oil



Inspire:
for energizing and uplifting the emotions
50 drops Grapefruit
30 drops Lavender
15 drops Release blend
  5 drops White Angelica blend
Top with Carrier Oil


Happy:
for uplifting the emotions
30 drops Bergamot
25 drops Orange or Tangerine
10 drops Valor
10 drops White Angelic
  5 drops Highest Potential
Top with Carrier Oil 



Bloom:   
Martha's Blend
 for rejuvinating and refreshing
10 drops Peppermint
30 drops Orange
20 drops Tangerine
20 drops Lavender
Top with Carrier Oil
 

 

Breathe:
40 drops Eucalyptus
20 drops Raven
20 drops RC
20 drops Tea Tree
10 drops Aroma Seize
10 drops Peppermint 

Tummy Aide:

20 drops Peppermint
20 drops Ginger
20 drops Fennel 
20 drops Lavender
10 drops Juniper
10 drops Lemongrass
10 drops Patchouli

Owie Aide
30 drops Melaleuca
20 drops Lemon
5 drops Frankincense 
25 drops Peppermint

  2. Do the flowers and herbs need to be dried or can you add them straight from the garden?

  3. Hi Samantha, it would be best to dry the flowers first, they will maintain their shape and color nicely and you won't have to worry about them browning or breaking down into your oil mixture as you would if they are fresh.
