ReplyDeleteDo the flowers and herbs need to be dried or can you add them straight from the garden?
ReplyDeleteHi Samantha, it would be best to dry the flowers first, they will maintain their shape and color nicely and you won't have to worry about them browning or breaking down into your oil mixture as you would if they are fresh.
