How to make a Magnetic Greeting Card

Making a magnetic greeting card is a quick and easy project.

You can make any greeting card like these Valentine Day cards that includes  a party favor /magnet which can be used by themselves as a magnet when Valentines Day is through.

Here are the steps to make a greeting card that will hold and present a magnet as part of its design.

For this project, you will need:
  1. Scrapbook paper
  2. Metal Washer  (a Fender Washer is a thin washer which works great for this project; found in the hardware store).
  3. Card Stock Paper for the Card itself.
  4. Glue of choice.

Decide on your design, and cut your papers to be placed accordingly.

Place and glue the first layer of design.

Place Washer where you want the magnet to be, and glue it down.

Glue the next piece of paper over the washer.

Add additional textures….

… and cutouts.

Place your magnet on top.

and your all done.
