Cowboys and Indians

I've been enjoying my Florida grandkids the last few weeks.  We have had a long lovely visit with our girls and their boys.  It has been quite a few years since they have been back to Colorado together.  They have been catching up with our Colorado life, and old friends, including a  couple of early Valentines parties we went to, and an early birthday with Winston, all of which has kept us in continual motion around here.  I am relishing the hugs, the laughter and the delight of having cowboys and Indians running around our property again.  If any of you follow on Instagram, you might have had a glimpse of some of our doings.  As for blogging, it has taken me a little while to get here again. Hopefully I am on a roll now, and can keep at it.  I have missed visiting, sharing and chatting with you all and hope to be able to get over to your blogs and see what you have been up to these next couple of days. We have had quite a bit of snow since Sunday, which has kept us in the house since then. This morning my goal has been to Blog and clean out the pantry and refrigerator.  I can proudly say that the pantry and refrigerator are sparkling clean and organized, and now I am here with a little update in pictures. Happy Tuesday to you all.

Winston and his dog Heidi.

Winston and his cousins; telling us he is 6 years old now.

 The Three Musketeers.

 Birthday presents for Winston.

Elizabeth and I made this Igloo cake for Winston's birthday (Winston's request). It is an Ice Cream Cake.  It was delicious, and came out pretty cute. Might have to do a post on it one of these days.

Have a nice week everyone.

    1. Thank you Mrs. Pepper. It was a fun cake to make.. and very easy. Just layered cake and ice cream in a bowl, frosted with whipped cream, and put on an igloo door with large marshmallows. Hope it goes well.
